Residents of Lolchorai, Egerton and neighborhood in Njoro Sub County had a reason to smile on Tuesday February 25, 2025 as well-wishers stepped in with free medical camp.
The camp was held at AIC Lochorai Good Shepherd Academy.
The free medical camp was organized by current President of Lions Club of Menengai Rani Ramchandani Hsc together with her club members in partnership with Health Wave Hospital.
According to Rani Ramchandani HSC, the camp saw 135 persons assisted through eye screening, BMI, RBS and other vital examinations.
Beneficiaries received free medicines as well as free reading glasses for those who were identified after examination.
Ms Rani and the team appreciated the host church pastor George for accepting to host them.
She also lauded the team from Health Wave Hospital for supporting the initiative.
“Our moto is we serve. As a club president we trying to assist more n more people in different locations with medications and other services,” she stated.
It should be noted that Health Wave Hospital is located at Menengai east and the facility offers so many quality services.
General Practitioner primary care hospital located in Menengai (Near Teachers Police Post, Along St. Frances) Nakuru East in Nakuru County.
As of 2021, the facility was fully operational with a capacity of 61 beds.
It is regulated by Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council under registration number 27306.
