Young people urged to be environment conservation ambassadors

Young people in Bahati Constituency have been challenged to take up matters environment conservation.

Bahati Member of Parliament, Irene Njoki says this is the only way to ensure a clean and better environment for all.

Speaking during this year’s World Environment Day, the Lawmaker insisted that she will continue to partner with like minded in ensuring climate change mitigation measures.

Already the MP through her initiative,Greener Minds Kenya-ECO, she is engaging various groups of young people towards environment conservation.

“On this World Environment Day, let’s commit to nurture our planet with the same care we extend to our loved ones,” she stated.

The Lawmaker added that, through her  initiative, Greener Minds Kenya – ECO , she is wholeheartedly dedicated to combating climate change by empowering communities and promoting sustainable practices.

“Every action matters—reduce, reuse, recycle. Together, we can create a greener, healthier future for all,” she said.
