Nakuru County has been ranked the 3rd most transparent County in the country.
The Nakuru City County was ranked 3rd in the County Budget Transparency Survey 2025 by Bajeti Hub.
Speaking on the same, Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika welcomed the move.
She added that this reflects her administration’s commitment to accountability, openness, and prudent management of public resources.
“Delighted that Nakuru County has been ranked the 3rd Most Transparent County in Kenya in the County Budget Transparency Survey 2025 by Bajeti Hub, reflecting our commitment to accountability, openness, and prudent management of public resources,” she stated.
Kihika also used the opportunity to thank the people of Nakuru and county team for their continued support towards building a more transparent and prosperous county.
She reiterated that her administration remains committed to strengthening transparency, enhancing public participation, and ensuring that every shilling entrusted delivers value and improves the lives of the people.
