Residents of Gatigithu in Kiamaina, Bahati Constituency have a reason to smile following power connectivity to the village.
This, even as the area MP Irene Njoki joined the residents to celebrate the historic milestone.
The locals have waited for connectivity for many years.
“After years of unfulfilled promises, their patience has finally paid off,” stated MP Njoki.
The first time serving Lawmaker was categorical that this achievement underscores her commitment to bridging the development gap.
According to her, every household in the constituency will have access to reliable electricity.
She pointed out that she remains dedicated towards improving livelihoods in Bahati Constituency.
“I remain dedicated to expanding last-mile electricity connections, illuminating homes, powering businesses, and creating new opportunities across our constituency,” she said.
