Cherono takes over the leadership mantle from Dr.Esther Kinyeru.
She takes over the leadership at a facility that has emerged as the only Level 4 Hospital with zero pending bills and zero debts.
In a Press release, the County Government of Nakuru has commended Dr. Esther Kinyeru for her outstanding management skills and her dedication to ensuring top-notch healthcare services in Njoro Sub County Hospital.
“Under Dr. Kinyeru’s leadership, Njoro Hospital has emerged as the only Level 4 Hospital with zero pending bills and zero debts in this economic era,” read the statement.
The county government noted that her achievements showcase the potential of management standards in Nakuru for other hospitals across the county to emulate similar success stories.
Nakuru has consistently produced exceptional healthcare leaders like Dr. Kinyeru, demonstrating the County as a breeding ground for managerial talent that is now marketable to the global opportunities.
“As we bid farewell to Dr. Kinyeru, we celebrate her legacy and look forward to the continued success of Njoro Hospital under the leadership of Dr. Cherono,” said the team that witnessed
