Njoro Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi is on a mission to ensure conducive environment for learners in various schools.
MP Kathambi through NG-CDF kitty, has been putting a new face to several schools across Njoro through construction of new classrooms and refurbishment of the current ones to standard.
Some of the schools already benefited include Gatimu primary school in Mau Narok ward, Maji Mingi Primary School in Tipis, Milimani Primary School, Ngwataniro Primary School, Kilo Secondary School, Kilo Primary School, Gichobo Secondary School, Tengecha Primary School, Kenana Secondary School, among many.
According to Kathambi, the Projects mark a significant stride towards enriching the learning environment for students.
She adds that these Njoro NG-CDF infrastructure developments aim to bolster academic performance and equip students with the necessary resources for success.
“Through these investments, we aim to raise educational standards and foster a culture of academic excellence among our schools and students,” she said.
The Lawmaker maintains that her agenda is to improve the education sector through better infrastructure that will in turn ensure smooth learning.
“We have commenced the journey of transforming our schools. We want our learners to have the best so that they can come out with the best,” she said.
Kathambi has called on parents, teachers and stakeholders to work together in achieving the best in the education sector in Njoro Sub-County.
