Various groups in Njoro Constituency have benefited from Uwezo Fund.
The Cheques were issued on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at Njoro NG-CDF office grounds.
The beneficiaries are groups that applied and were vetted from all the six wards.
“For the people of Njoro constituency to emancipate themselves social-economically, organized groups are requested to make application for consideration in future. An economically empowered society paves way for societal transformation,” stated Kathambi through office rep.
The Uwezo Fund loans are secured at interest-free and are ideal for the youth, PLWD and women who have been marginalized for ages in the country.
The Lawmaker who was represented added that everyone has a role to play in development of Njoro Constituency.
Kathambi called on the beneficiaries to ensure they make good use of the funds to boost their businesses.
“I extend my sincere gratitude to the committee for the diligent work. We are hopeful that all of these beneficial groups will take advantage and use these funds to boost their business enterprises to create a more economically independent society,” stated Kathambi.
