Barut-based Ubunifu Sports Academy has saluted donors for enabling teams’ Participation in Rausha Kipaji Cup.
Executive Director Joab Okello lauded the sponsors for their contribution towards the welfare of the team.
He specifically recognized Ndovu cement and Aggregates for sponsoring Ubunifu Sports Academy Under 13 boys for the Rausha Kipaji Cup Tournament at Nakuru High.
“A big thank you to Ndovu Cement & Aggregates for sponsoring our Under 13 boys for the Rausha Kipaji Cup tournament at Nakuru High,” stated.
Without such sponsorships, Okello noted that it would be so hard for Ubunifu Sports Academy to participate.
It should be noted that Ubunifu Sports Academy is purely charitable and non-commercial with an aim of nurturing grassroots talents from Barut Village where majority of the residents are low income earners.
The tournament brought together all football clubs in Kenya with players of Under 20 years olds.
According to Okello, the Rausha Kipaji Cup Tournament is a great platform for exposure and experience for young talents at Ubunifu Sports Academy,” he stated.
