Rani Ramchandani Foundation joined other charity organizations in marking White Cane safety Day.
Under this year’s theme “Promoting Inclusion: Celebrating Abilities and Advocating Access for People,”.
Founder Rani Ramchandani Foundation Rani Ramchandani who is also the President Lions Club of Menengai highlighted commitment to empowering individuals with visual impairments.
She added that through partnership with other well wishers, they will reach out to more PWDs.
During the event at Bahati Deputy County Commissioner’s office in Nakuru County, Rani Ramchandani Foundation, Friends and other partners provided visually impaired individuals with white canes and engaged in discussions about white cane safety.
Other partners included, The Lions Club of Nairobi – Huru Lions Club of Menengai, Nakuru NCPWD Department,
Ayudh Kenya and other County Officials.
