Over 60,000 pupils in Public Early childhood Development Centres in Nakuru County will benefit from the County free feeding program as from February this year(2024).
Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika says as per now all mechanisms are in place towards the same.
According to Kihika, the program will soon be launched.
The program will benefit ECD pupils who are below 5 years.
Nakuru County with 11 sub-counties and 55 Wards, has not less than 1,000 ECD centres spread across.
The ECD free feeding program will address malnutrition among pupils.
