Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has hinted at Education sector getting lion’s share in the next financial year 2024/2025 budget.
Nyoro who doubles up as the Chairperson Budget and Appropriation Committee in the National Assembly, says this will ensure all children are in school.
“The huge allocation to the sector is to ensure we uplift the standards of education in the country,” he said.
The Lawmaker was speaking in Mogotio Constituency in Baringo County where he was the Chief Guest during the launch and disbursement of bursary.
He challenged local administration to ensure no child misses out school due to lack of funds.

The leaders also had the opportunity to visit Mogotio Primary School, which is currently undergoing renovations, including the installation of tiles in classrooms.
