Nakuru County’s First Gentleman Mr. Sam Mburu makes Christmas donation to 16 Children Homes

Nakuru County’s First Gentleman, Mr. Sam Mburu has marked this Christmas Eve 2024 with a generous charitable gesture by donating and distributing foodstuffs to 16 children’s homes across the county.

This initiative is aimed at ensuring a joyous festive season and a sustainable supply of essential items for the homes in the months to come.

Each children’s home received supplies sufficient to last for several months.

The donations included bales of wheat flour, maize flour, sugar, cooking oil, soap, bags of rice, diapers, sanitary towels and other consumables.

The distribution exercise was overseen by the Chief Officer for Youth, Sports and Talent Pastor Alex Maina, who commended the First Gentleman for his compassion and dedication to uplifting vulnerable children in Nakuru County.

The managers of the children’s homes expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Mburu, extending their blessings and wishing him a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

This act of kindness is a testament to the spirit of giving and community that defines the festive season, bringing hope and joy to many underprivileged children in Nakuru County.
