While noting that Water provision is primarily a devolved function, the Lawmaker pointed out that she is dedicated to lobby through the National Government.

According to MP Njoki, through her efforts, several projects among them two bore boreholes for Kiamaina Ward have been secured.

“We successfully secured two borehole projects for Kiamaina Ward, along with many others across the constituency,” she stated.

Through a statement, the Lawmaker revealed that the first project is at Engoshura Dispensary in Tumsifu, within Gituamba sub-location, and the second is the Laini Saba Water Project in Rurii sub-location.

According to the first term serving MP in Parliament, these projects mark a significant step towards easing the burden on mothers, who have long endured exhausting journeys to fetch water over long distances.

The MP has vowed to continue transforming Bahati Constituency.
