Njoro Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi has called on both religious and political leaders to embrace servanthood.
Speaking when she joined the PCEA Emanuel Church in Kihingo Ward during the Elder Wanjiku Ndegwa retirement ceremony, the Lawmaker lauded the Elder for the servanthood she demonstrated during her service to the church.Kathambi pointed out that any good deed will be paid back by God.
She congratulated Elder Wanjiku for the time she served the church with commitment.
“It’s congratulations. We must all be committed to servant hood all times without getting tired. Any good deed we do, God pays us all times,” stated Kathambi.
The Lawmaker also used the moment to call on church leaders to continue supporting elected leaders through prayers so that they can make right decisions.
She also maintained that her agenda is to see a developed Njoro in all Wards.
