Nakuru Town West MP Samwel Arama has defended President William Ruto’s Affordable Housing Project.
Speaking in London Ward on Monday where he made a visit to Jua Kali Sector members’ controversial 21-Acre piece of land, Arama stated that President William Ruto’s administration has an agenda to uplift even those below the bottom of the economy through the project.
He revealed that there is a process to acquire a parcel of land in London Ward for the Affordable Housing Project.
The Lawmaker added that the project will see even the members of the Jua Kali Sector benefit.
“We know we have plans to see if we can acquire a parcel of land here in London for the Affordable Housing and we are working with President William and Governor Susan Kihika on the same. We believe that our people including Jua Kali Sector members will benefit from the same,” he said.
The Lawmaker was accompanied by Francis Njoroge from Governor Susan Kihika’s political office, London Ward MCA Bernard Gatuso and members of the Jua Kali Sector.
