Residents of Kiamaina Ward in Bahati Constituency have a reason to smile following the opening of Kiamaina Police Post.
The official opening of the station will help boost security in the area.
Bahati MP Irene Njoki said she is committed to ensuring security of the people in all the Wards.
Speaking during the opening ceremony on Saturday August 25, 2024, MP Njoki was categorical that security is key in all aspects of development agenda.
She vowed to continue giving among others priority to security issues.
“I had the honor of officially opening the New Kiamaina Police Post in Kiamaina Ward. The safety of our residents and their properties remains a top priority,” she said.
She added that this new facility reflects her steadfast commitment to ensuring a secure environment for all.
The construction of the facility was fully funded by Bahati NG-CDF kitty for the 2022/2023 Financial Year.
