The County Government of Nakuru, Department of Health Services, wishes to notify the general public that eighteen (18) decomposed and unclaimed bodies are lying at the Naivasha Sub-County Referral Hospital mortuary.
In accordance with the Public Health Act Cap 242, a 21-day notice has been issued from 14th August 2026 for next of kin to claim the bodies.
Failure to claim within the period will lead to disposal in a mass grave at Naivasha Public Cemetery (Longonot) after all legal procedures are followed.
