Kindiki spoke in Kitale on Monday March 18 morning after holding a consultative forum with the Trans Nzoia County Heads of Security agencies, including the Kenya Prisons Service.
During the meeting, CS Kindiki directed them to upscale the fight against narcotic drugs and illicit alcohol and substance abuse, to track down on premises and spaces used in the manufacture, distribution, sale and consumption of same.
He urged the team to up their game on general crime and promote Government programs in Trans Nzoia County.
