As the name suggests, this is a unit that plays key role in ensuring service to the people through projects tracking.
The Efficiency Monitoring Unit (EMU) is the unit responsible for monitoring and tracking projects in Nakuru County.
The unit is headed by Mr. Patrick Kigunda.
EMU is working under Governor Susan Kihika’s initiative to ensure real-time tracking of county projects.
The unit monitors and tracks projects as primary role.
It ensures they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
The unit also supports Governor Kihika’s agenda to improve efficiency and delivery of services within the county, promotes transparency and accountability.
By monitoring projects and making information available to citizens, the EMU contributes to transparency and accountability in the county’s governance.
