Top youthful graduates in Bahati receive tools to kickstart career

Several youth in Bahati Constituency on Saturday received equipment to kickstart their careers.

The move sponsored by Bahati NG-CDF Patron MP Irene Njoki, will go a long way in boosting young people who graduate but never become fruitful due to lack of equipment.

The event was graced by Mary Muthoni among other guests.

“These essential tools will help them to kick-start their careers,” stated MP Njoki.

The MP reiterated her commitment towards empowering young people through short courses and technical courses.

She added that lack of equipment for graduates has continued to derail their economic growth.

“As your leader, I recognize that many graduates struggle to start their careers due to a lack of equipment,” she stated.

During the event, MP Njoki who is commonly known among constituents as ‘Mrembo Na Kazi’, also officially launched the Mrembo Empowerment Program, based at AGAPE Grounds, Heshima Centre.

This initiative supports skilled individuals who lack work equipment—for example, tailors without sewing machines can now access shared resources to serve their clients.

The program is open to both technical course graduates and the general public.

It is a program designed to foster economic empowerment, enabling more people to earn a living and contribute to community’s growth.
