Presidential hopeful in the 2027 General Elections in Kenya Dr. Isaac Newton Kinity has revealed that he will contest on Jirani Mzalendo Asili Party of Kenya(J-MAPK).

A party associated with former politician and activist for Democracy in Kenya Kenneth Stanley Njindo Matiba.

According to Dr. Kinity, his move to contest on this Party is historical owing to the fact that the late Matiba was a patriot and stood for rights of the people and democracy as well as fight against corruption.

The characteristics of the late Matiba, Dr Kinity aligns with and affirms that Jirani Mzalendo Asili Party of Kenya is the right political vehicle for his presidential bid.

“I have fought corruption in Kenya for 40 years since 1980. Therefore there is a paramount reason as to why I will contest Presidency on my fellow patriot the late Matiba’s Party,” he stated.

Dr. Kinity who once served as Secretary General Kenya Union of Civil Servants, is now urging all GenZs and Kenyans at large to join Jirani Mzalendo Asili Party of Kenya towards transformation of Kenya.

The former unionist who currently serves as Chairman, Kikimo Foundation for Corruption and Poverty Eradication, opines that corruption and swindling of public funds is the root cause of unemployment for GenZs, extrajudicial killings and all problems facing Kenya as country.

“We have to unite and work together with and other Kenyans of goodwill who desire good leadership so that we can have President Ruto sent home, and also bring to an end corruption and swindling of public funds,” stated Kinity.

He adds that inorder to end corruption in Kenya, the corruption ringleaders and those in government and opposition and are stealing public funds be arrested, prosecuted and serve sentence in prison and all the money stolen be returned to Kenyans.

According to him, removal of William Ruto in office without addressing corruption and theft of public funds will be work in vain.

“Even if we sing one term, Kasongo, Zakayo, and Ruto must, without dealing with the giant in the room corruption and theft of public funds, it won’t be of help to Kenyans. Abusing William Ruto’s without fighting corruption will not help improve the lives of GenZs or Kenyans at all,” he said.

Dr. Kinity who has Kenya’s history at fingertips recalls in the 1990s when Kenyans sang ‘Moi must go’, but event after Moi was ousted from power Kenyans continue to suffer in the hands of corrupt cartels to date.

He adds that corrupt individuals in Kenya are many both in government and in the opposition.

“I want to assure, if I am kept alive, without any deformities, When elected President 2027, with the help of Almighty God, I will deal with corruption once and forever so that all Kenyans can live in peace together with their families and generations to come,” he said.

He urged Kenyans not to swayed by the Ruto must go, Ruto must go, One term, one term, one term slogans, adding that such will not help even after William Ruto’s has left office, and that what is key is what follows after.
