President Ruto orders arrest of government officials involved in issuance of license to the killer Embakasi Gas Plant

The Head of State who spoke on Saturday in Lugari Constituency in Kakamega during launch of Chekalini Market construction, explained that the gas filling plant was operational contrary to the law.

According to the Head of State, unscrupulous government officials issued permits to the gas dealer to conduct business in a residential area hence endangering lives of innocent Kenyan lives.

He added that was inhuman and that such government officials received bribes to turn a blind eye to the law, which consequently led to the Thursday night explosion.
