President William Ruto has lauded National Defence University-Kenya for investing in specialised training.
Speaking at the University in Lanet, Nakuru during the second graduation ceremony, President Ruto noted that the global security landscape is fast-changing in the wake of the adaptation of multifaceted, complex and high-tech technologies.
“The National Defence University-Kenya’s bold step to invest in specialised training in defence, security and strategy will confront such emerging threats and make our country and the region more secure and stable,” she stated.
