Njoro Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi has reiterated her commitment towards ensuring the voice of the people counts in all projects.
In a statement to Newsrooms, the second term serving MP in Parliament was categorical that all projects should prioritize the views of electorates.
“Be part of the progress. Your voice counts,” she stated.
This even as day two of Njoro NG-CDF public participation forums concluded where the office engaged with the residents of Njoro ward, at Njoro park.
MP Kathambi appreciated the valuable insights given by the electorates.
“I appreciate the valuable insights shared by wananchi as I re-affirmed by commitment to addressing their concerns and implementing impactful development projects in our constituency,” stated Kathambi.
Njoro NG-CDF Public Participation Forums on Day one was held in Lare and Kihingo wards.
The agenda includes; Review of previous projects and Identification of new projects.
The forums aims to seek views and proposals on projects that should be given maximum priority targeting security and Education sectors in the upcoming financial year 2024/2025.
“I campaigned on the platform of consultative leadership; this is where different ideas melt in one pot to give way to a better idea,” she said.
