Ndindi Nyoro: No region will be discriminated on development agenda due to voting pattern

Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has assured that no part of the country shall be discriminated in terms of development.

Nyoro who is also the Chairperson Budget and Appropriation Committee in the National Assembly says under the current regime of President William Ruto, development will be realized in all parts of the country.

He added that no allocation of budget is done as per who voted who in the last general elections.

Nyoro challenged leaders from all political formations to always think about the electorates and unity of purpose.

“No part of this country should be discriminated based on their voting pattern. When it comes to development it shall be distributed across all the regions. Elections were over and this is the time to unite and ensure service delivery to the people,” he said.

The Lawmaker was speaking on Sunday March 3, 2024 when he attended a Mass at St. Andrew’s Catholic church, Bondo Parish in Bondo constituency, Siaya County.

The service was led by Fr Edwin Abudho assisted by Fr. Rodgers Oloo.

Nyoro was hosted by Bondo MP Gideon Ochanda, and the Bondo Catholic Parish fraternity.

Other leaders who graced the event included Caroli Omondi – MP Suba South Constituency, MCA Regina Kizito, Alphonce Ouya, Geoffrey Ajiki, Felix Koech, among  others.
