Nakuru activist has called on Dr. Peter Mbae to forego the Senatorial ambitions and go for gubernatorial seat in 2027.
Through an open letter, Laban Omusundi argues that Mbae can make the Irungu Kang’ata of Nakuru.
He pointed out that he has gone through the rich profile of Dr. Mbae and there is nothing that hinders him from going for the gubernatorial seat.
“As a social media information consumer and a distinguished blogger, l have had the time to read your rich profile posted on social medias of how your rose from obscure to NKR PSB, an MCA in which you did great works of legislation and your footprints of oversight are testament in Nakuru Assembly. Thereafter you became a National figure as the Head of Government Service Delivery. From my Desk l foresee that, you becoming Nakuru Senator will be resourceful misfit. You can become the Irungu Kang’ata of Nakuru by becoming NAKURU GOVERNOR in 2027 and make Nakuru great again,” stated Omusundi.
The activist who is also a public litigator goes ahead to advise Mbae to go for gubernatorial seat, adding that in doing so he will be so resourceful to Nakuru residents.
Omusundi who has interest in Nakuru Senatorial Seat says, “Let the Senatorial seat be left to me to battle it with some clueless Senatorial Aspirants who will emerge by wobbling here and there with hollow manifestos. My little mind which has done some great works influencing great legislations through my Petitions should be utilised at Senate as Nakuru Senator from 2027,” he states.
He says, if he makes to Senate and Mbae makes to Governor seat, then they will be a great combination for Nakuru people.
“You being Nakuru Governor and l being Nakuru Senator will make Nakuru to be a County of unlimited opportunities for all.”
“These are my submissions to you sir Dr Peter Mbae. Looking forward for your timely response to me as we think of making Nakuru great and a little heaven for us all sir,” he concludes the open letter.
