Naivasha MP Jayne Kihara has spoken over tribulations.
Speaking in Naivasha town on Saturday, the Lawmaker categorically stated that she is undergoing persecution due to her stand to call out atrocities.
She maintained that her stand is very clear and age will not bow.
Accompanied by a a number of MCAs from Naivasha and DCP leaders among them Secretary Economic Planning and Strategy Dr Peter Mbae, the Lawmaker said her mission to see a just Kenya is still on.
She thanked her supporters for standing with her when she was arrested on Thursday and taken to Nairobi over incitement claims against her.
“I want to took tank all my supporters for their support and prayers in my moments of persecution and harassment by the rogue government. Our resolve to liberate this country remains on course despite the ongoing harassment of leaders who call out the government when they go rogue,” she stated.
Kihara maintained that they will not be silent on issues touching on common Mwananchi such as the killing of young people whose only mistake is demanding accountability from the government they put in place.
It should be noted that Kihara’s case of incitement will continue on July 29 at Milimani Law courts when the court will make a ruling in her application not to take plea that she submitted through her legal team.
