Njoro Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi has reaffirmed her unwavering commitment to education matters.
The Lawmaker says education is a fair equalizer in society.
She was speaking on Tuesday July 28, 2026 when she joined students, parents, teachers, and Board of Management of Teret High School during the school’s Prayer Day ceremony and prize giving.
The second term serving Lawmaker used the moment to encourage the candidates to remain disciplined, focused, and prayerful as they prepare for their national examinations.
Kathambi who has matters education and empowerment at heart reminded them that success comes through hard work, determination, and faith.
“Our presence reaffirms our unwavering commitment to supporting education and mentoring the young generation towards a brighter future,” she said.
During the event, she also wished all the candidates across Njoro Constituency, God’s guidance, wisdom, and outstanding success in their examinations.
It should be noted that Kathambi who retained her seat in 2022 on UDA ticket has also declared that she will be defending the same come August 2027 general elections.
She has been on the forefront in pushing for development agenda in various sectors within Njoro Constituency.
