Njoro Member of Parliament Charity Kathambi has lauded the Church’s contribution to well-being of society.
She says this has been enabled through various church Institutions including schools and health facilities.
“I commend the Church for being shining example of transcendental institutions that have continually changed lives and remains a haven for winning souls for the eternal Kingdom,” she noted.
The MP added that the church has continued to make remarkable contribution in moulding wholistic beings in society.
The second term serving lawmaker was categorical that her administration will continue to work closely with the religious Institutions towards improving the livelihood of Njoro constituents.
Kathambi was speaking on Sunday April 29, 2024 when she joined worshippers at PCEA Salem Church RUMWE, in Njoro Ward.
She urged the people to take advantage of Government projects for economic development.
Kathambi also called on clergy to continue praying for God to bless leaders with wisdom and strength to carry on with the enormous task of leading the country.
