Nakuru Town West MP Samwel Arama says his Constituents will decide on his fourth term re-election come 2027.
The Lawmaker who is serving his third term having defended his seat for the three consecutive terms, is optimistic that his development agenda will earn him a fourth term making history in Nakuru Town West.
In an interview with one of the online TV stations in Nakuru, Arama was quick to point out that he cannot brag for being re-elected, terming electorates as key in his leadership.
He added that having served the cosmopolitan Constituency since 2013, he has done some great work for the electorates whom he believe can attest to that.
The Legislator maintained that leadership comes from God through electorates and he remains humble with all credit going to his Constituents whom he proudly states that they believe in his leadership.
“I cannot brag that I will be re-elected for fourth term. The constituents will decide, but I believe I have served well and my track record is there. If they decide to give me a fourth term, I will continue with the projects, but if they don’t then I will also be happy for the time that I have served the cosmopolitan Constituency of Nakuru Town West,” he stated.
It should be noted that Arama was contemplating of going for Nyamira gubernatorial seat, but pressure from Nakuru West Constituents saw him change mind and vow to defend his seat come 2027.
