Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika and Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama have vowed to improve infrastructure at Moi Comprehensive Primary School.
This follows their good performance in the last KCPE.
The School that is situated in Nakuru West Sub-county recorded excellent performance with 22As becoming the best in public schools category.
The centre also did well in KEPSEA exams.
Governor Kihika and MP Arama who graced the Thanksgiving ceremony at the school on Friday February 23, 2024 vowed their total support towards the school.
The duo agreed that the 100 teachers at the school shall have their Mombasa trip fully paid for.F
“For that, together with Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama, we shall send the over 100 teachers on a trip to Mombasa as a thank you gesture,” stated Kihika.
Currently the school has a population of 3800 students.
The school shall also have a borehole drilled, cabro laid and more ECDE classes and toilets constructed courtesy of Governor Susan Kihika in collaboration with MP Arama.
“To assist the school, together with Hon Arama we have promised to drill a borehole, lay cabro, and construct more ECDE classes and toilets to provide learners with am enabling environment to study and pass highly in examinations,” Kihika stated.
Kihika also used the moment to encourage the learners to aim higher and ensure they not only lead in Nakuru County but also countrywide.
Moi comprehensive school is a school above the cut. The principal, madam Carol alias Captain, is a seasoned leader and team player who has taken the school to higher levels.
