Lions Club of Menengai will this year host Valentine Dinner and Dance with contribution expected to help the needy.
The event is scheduled for February 10, 2024.
It will be held at Melvin Jones Academy Hall in Nakuru.
A poster seen by famousnakuru.co.ke indicates that adults will be charged Ksh 2000 while children below 10 years will pay an entry fee of Ksh 1000.
According to Rani Ramchandani-the Acting President Lions Club of Menengai, the fee shall be used to put a smile on the faces of vulnerable in society.
“Your generous contribution of 2K not only secures your ticket and dinner but also brings hope to those in need,” stated Rani.
She called on Nakurians to join hands on the same in creating a ripple of compassion at this charity fundraising event, where every heartbeat resonates with the warmth of giving.
“LCM looks forward to your support to paint our world with kindness. As an acting president of this club,i invite you all to come and join us,” she said.
The event is expected to be graced by Nakuru East Senior Deputy County Commissioner Werre Simiyu OGW and his spouse.
