Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama has told off his critics engaging in matters security in his constituency.
Speaking during the issuance of bursary cheques to Form 2,3 and 4 learners, the Lawmaker stated that a section of individuals majority of whom his competitors are in matters security with hidden agenda of derailing his development record.
The Lawmaker stated that security issues in his constituency are best handled by security teams within the Nakuru West Sub-county and therefore such individuals should keep off and stop raising unnecessary alarm.
In a furious tone, the MP stated that his mandate on security issues can only be addressed through Parliament.
“I was not elected to play the role of police officers. When it comes to matters security in this constituency, we have a security team to handle. Let those individuals making noise stop it and understand how Government works,” he said.
This even as security team in Nakuru West have assured residents of maximum security and that criminal gangs are being handled.
