MP Arama issues bursary cheques with calls on leaders to work together towards development agenda

Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama has reiterated the need for elected leaders to work together towards realization of development agenda to the people.

The Lawmaker said once elections are over, leaders should now shift focus to development agenda.

“I’m working collaboratively with all elected leaders to realize the development agenda and that is the way to go,” he stated.

The third time serving MP in Parliament also urged constituents to support Governor Susan Kihika’s administration as well as President William Ruto’s agenda on development.

According to him, his good working relationship with Governor Kihika has the Governor promise to improve social economic welfare of the people in Nakuru Town West.

Arama was speaking on Monday when he issued bursary cheques to more than ten thousand students in form 2, 3, and 4 in both day and boarding schools.

The cheques will be delivered to schools via postal corporation for efficiency.

Arama used the moment to reaffirm hisĀ  commitment to supporting and empowering children through education.

The event was also graced by MCAs, security team, local administrators, religious, and opinion leaders.
