Kihika joins leaders in paying last respects to Ng’eno, 5 others who perished in helicopter crash

Nakuru Governor Susan Kihima was among key leaders who joined thousands of mourners, family members and leaders at Emurua Dikirr in Narok County to bid farewell to the late Emurua Dikirr Member of Parliament Johana Ng’eno, who tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash alongside five others.

The joint funeral service was also attended by President William Ruto, Deputy President Prof Kithure Kindiki, Cabinet Secretaries, Governors and Lawmakers.

In her statement to Newsrooms, Governor Kihika stated that Ng’eno will be remembered for his courage, dedication and steadfast service to the people of Emurua Dikirr.

She wished the families strength from Almighty God.

Others who perished together with Ng’eno are Colonel (Rtd) George Were, Amos Kipng’etich, Robert Kipkoech Keter, Nicholas Kosgei and Wycliffe Kiprotich Rono.
