Nakuru Governor Susan and Rongai MP Paul Chebor have made a declaration to bury their political differences.
The duo were both elected on UDA ticket in 2022.
However, along the way there seemed to be political differences that saw heated political stands.
But on Saturday July 26, 2025 while at a function to launch a bus for Mercy Njeri Secondary School in Rongai, MP Chebor was quick to put things in order.
The Lawmaker while addressing the meeting that was graced by Governor Susan Kihika, Deputy David Kones, Several Nakuru MPs and a number of MCAs, was categorical that he had decided to bury the hatchet.
According to Chebor commonly referred to as Mamba, he has made up his mind to work with Governor Kihika towards service delivery.
“I want to state here at Mercy Njeri that I and Governor and all seated here we are children of UDA and we shall work together for the sake of our people,” he stated.
The Legislator went ahead to call on residents of Rongai to support Governor Kihika’s administration towards service delivery.
He raised the issue of challenges of water in some parts of Rongai and called on governor Susan Kihika to intervene.
