Kabatini Ward MCA Leah Wambui has joined fellow leaders in calling for justice for the family of minor Elvis who lost his life after he was brutalized.
The young Elvis Maina from Cedar Lodge, Kabatini, is said to have been assaulted by fellow youths after he returned from circumcision.
While condemning the incident, the area MCA said such acts should not be condoned at all in society.

Addressing Press in Nakuru on Friday November 6, 2026 MCA Leah also called on the security agencies investigating the matter to expedite the same.
“The family of Elvis are good friends of mine and it pains that we have lost such a young life in a cruel manner. We call for justice for the family,” she said.
This even as security details indicate that three suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident.
MCA Leah at the same time urged parents to be cautious especially during these holidays and ensure the safety of their children.
