History was made on Friday December 20, 2024 as 2,541 students graduated.
This is the Institution’s largest class yet marking an impressive 36% growth from last year.
With an outstanding 95% pass rate, the Class of 2024 shines across all fields: 600 Business professionals, 500 Law pioneers, 400 Health Sciences experts, and 350 STEM innovators.
This includes 5 Doctorates, 1,800 Bachelor’s degrees, and 728 Diplomas and Certificates.
Add to this 150 Academic Excellence Awards and 100 Co-Curricular stars.
Speaking during the ceremony, Kabarak University Chancellor Gideon Moi congratulated the class of 2024.
He urged them to play key role towards the growth of the country.
“Your graduation today has not come easy…I congratulate and welcome you to the labour market. I’m glad you are able to join us in the noble task of contributing to the growth and prosperity of our country and global economy,” stated Gideon.
Sentiments echoed by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Odinga while noting the numerous challenges facing the country, called on the graduands to face the challenges with clarity and help find solutions.
“We release you to the society at a time of momentous challenges in our country. Your parents and your country have offered you the education so that you can face these challenges with clarity and help to find solutions.
Sentiments echoed by Prof. Henry Kiplangat, Vice Chancellor at Kabarak University.
The event was also graced by former Rongai MP Raymond Moi.
