Democracy for the Citizens Party(DCP) members on Sunday attended a Service at AIC Subukia Town with calls on IEBC to ensure credible elections.

Speaking during the service, DCP interim Deputy Party Leader Cleophas Malalah cited the recent statement by the newly constituted IEBC team that it will hold credible elections.

Malalah was however quick to state that the IEBC should not just talk but ensure execution of key measures towards the same.

According to Malalah, Kenyans are demanding nothing but credible elections.

“We have heard the IEBC assure that they will deliver credible elections. But we want to tell the Chairman and the team that it’s not just about talks, but we want to see action towards the same,” stated Malala.

Sentiments echoed by Secretary General Economic Planning and Strategy Dr Peter Mbae.
