Precious Becky Mabonga, beloved daughter of former Bumula MP, Hon. Mwambu Mabonga was on Saturday laid to rest.
Speaking during the burial service, National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula stated that no words can ease the pain of such a loss.
According to Wetangula, Becky’s life, though brief, left a mark of joy, light, and love on all who knew and interacted with her.
“As we stood in solidarity with Hon. Mabonga and his family, we shared in their grief, offered our prayers, and honoured Becky’s memory with the dignity and compassion she deserved,” he stated.
May God grant the Mabonga family strength, peace, and healing during this difficult time. And may Becky’s soul rest in eternal peace.
