
Bahati NG-CDF office under the patronage of MP Irene Njoki has commenced the disbursement of bursary cheques to Day Secondary Schools.

On Monday May 5, 2025 which was Day one, the exercise began at Kiamaina Secondary School.
Speaking during the event, MP Njoki reiterated her commitment towards education.

She stated that since she took over leadership in the Constituency, she has continued to ensure transparent, free, fair and accessible allocation.
According to Njoki, this commitment remains a defining pillar of her service.
“Since the start of my leadership, I have committed to a transparent, free, fair, and accessible allocation process to support our children’s education. That commitment remains a defining pillar of my service,” she stated.

The Lawmaker added that this is more than a promise as it is a deliberate and consistent standard that she intend to uphold for every deserving learner across the Constituency.
She at the same time announced that in due course, bursary support will also be extended to learners in boarding schools, tertiary institutions, and universities.
According to the Legislator, this will ensure students who applied are not left behind on their academic journey.
Later in the evening the MP delivered the bursary Cheque to JM Kariuki Secondary School.
Here, the Lawmaker announced that the school will also receive a brand new school bus courtesy of NG-CDF kitty.
