Bahati Member of Parliament Irene Njoki will issue NG-CDF bursary cheques on Monday 25, 2024 and Tuesday March 26, 2025 in her Constituency.
A statement to Newsrooms indicates, the bursary cheques are for the year 2024 and shall be issued across the Wards.
According to the schedule, on Monday March 25, 2024, the cheques shall be issued in Dundori Ward at Githioro ACC Grounds at 12.30-2pm.
On the same date, the cheques shall be issued in Lanet-Umoja Ward at Nyonjoro Chief’s Office as from 2.30pm.
On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the office of the MP shall issue the cheques at Kiamaina Ward’s Kagoto Polytechnic as from 9.30am to 12 noon.
Kabatini Ward, the exercise will kick off at 12.30 to 2pm at Kwa Amos Borehole.
The climax of the exercise will beĀ Bahati Ward at Bahati Stadium as from 3pm to 4.30pm.
“Join me this Monday and Tuesday for the official issuance of bursary cheques across all wards,” stated MP Njoki in a statement.
The first time serving MP in Parliament elected on Jubilee Party ticket has on many occasions reiterated her commitment towards uplifting the standards of education in her constituency.
Currently, MP Njoki has embarked on transforming schools’ infrastructure in various wards through her patronage of the NG-CDF.
She has also sponsored more than 20 needy students with full scholarships to Secondary schools.
This, she says is the only way to ensure chains of poverty are broken through Education for all.
