Youth President Kennedy Lang’at puts land grabbers in Nakuru on notice as he fights for justice

Kennedy Lang’at alias Youth President has lauded Nakuru residents and Kenyans at large for standing with him in the quest for justice.

His sentiments coming barely days after he raised alarm over a parcel of land that he claimed was grabbed by a Nakuru Lawmaker.

Lang’at says, his efforts are bigger than him alone, adding that it’s all about the people.

“This is bigger than me—it’s about justice, dignity, and the people. To every Nakuru resident and Kenyan who has stood with me—through your calls, messages, and social media support—thank you,” he stated.

According to the Youth President, He is not just fighting to recover his grabbed land, but also setting a precedence that this must never happen again.

This even as he put land grabbers in Nakuru on notice.

“To the land grabbers in Nakuru: you are officially on notice,” he said.

While maintaining that he believes in the rule of law, Lang’at has given  the DCI time to investigate, with trust that the courts will serve justice.

He warned that the corrupt lands officers must toe the line or face it tough.

“But let me be clear: We will drain the swamp. We will clean the system. The corrupt lands officers must toe the line or face the consequences. As Article 1 of our Constitution says, “All sovereign power belongs to the people.” And the people have spoken—loud and clear,” he said.
