Kinity pointed out that the Kenyan leaders continue to loot public funds and to subject Kenyans into unbearable suffering, poverty and unnecessary deaths.

The former Unionist argues that Members of Parliament continue to pass oppressive bills in parliament.

“They should not start scaring Kenyans with an army takeover in order to end the on going protests and/or demonstrations. They should stop scaring Kenyans that an army takeover of the Kenya government will cause chaos, turmoil, and anarchy in Kenya. They should stop tainting the good name of the disciplined Kenya Army personnel by giving Kenyans poor examples of the nations where the Army did not perform well after taking over poor corrupt governments,” he said.

According to him, there are nations in Africa that performed well after the army took over corrupt governments.

He called on the Kenya legislators to stop talking or behaving as though they do not know what has forced the Gen Z to the streets.

“They very well know they are the cause of the high rate of unemployment in Kenya, poverty, and the acute suffering of Kenyans,” he said.

Dr. Kinity pointed out that the Army in Madagascar took over the government and handed it over to DJ Andy Rajoelina in 2009, and since then, there has never been chaos or turmoil in Madagascar.

He also cited Zimbabwe where the army took over the government from Robert Mugabe and handed it over to Emmerson Mnangangwa in 2017 and there has not been chaos or turmoil in Zimbabwe so is the case of Rwanda where Paul Kagame took over the Rwanda government by the gun many years ago and to this day, Paul Kagame has been able to wipe out corruption, and he has maintained admirable peace and good economic growth in Rwanda.

According to Dr. Kinity, If the Kenyan leaders did not want to see Kenyans on the streets and hence the Kenya army take over of the Kenya government, they should not have looted billions of public funds.

“Extra judicial killings of innocent Kenyans have been the order of the day. Lying has been the order of the day. False promises to Kenyans, and the claims that there has not been money after billions of the taxes collected from Kenyans and the loans borrowed from outside and from within have been looted have been the order of the day,” he stated.

The former Unionist says the government should Start creating jobs for the Kenyan youth with the trillions of public funds that have already been looted instead of lying to Kenyans every day.

He called on the Kenya Army not keep silent in the baracks while Gen Z and other Kenyans who peacefully and harmlessly come out to demand competent governance, employment and end to the rampant corruption are killed in hundreds by the government using the police and the hired goons (secret private militia with guns).

Though Kenya has always been potentially rich, Dr. Kinity says the unbearable corruption of looting public funds has caused unbearable poverty and the unbearable suffering of Kenyans.

He recalled how he escaped Kenya in 1998 after threats to his life because of publicly challenging corruption in Kenya, which has continued up to this day.

“Today, almost all the Kenyan legislators fly in the air in their own helicopters. Today, the corrupt mentality in the Kenya legislators is that leadership in Kenya without looting public funds is not leadership. This has to change. The army in Kenya can take over the government, and Kenya will flourish like Madagascar or like Rwanda,” he said.

According to him, in only one year of honest, transparent, and accountable governance, a significant reduction of unemployment can be realized in Kenya.
