The construction of a Timber value addition Centre has commenced at Kenya Forestry College in Londiani, Kericho County.
The foundation stone was on Friday September 13, 2024 laid by Environment, Climate Change and Forestry Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale.
The CS was at the College as Chief Guest during the 47th graduation ceremony where he inspected the ongoing projects before launching the construction of the Timber Value Addition Centre.

The event was also graced by Kenya Forest Service Board Chairman Mr. Titus Korir, Chief Conservator of Forests Mr. Alex Lemarkoko, the college Principal Dr. Elizabeth Wambugu, and Kipkelion East MP Joseph Cherorot.
