
Sigalagala National Polytechnic on Wednesday December 4, 2014 held it’s 5th Graduation Ceremony.

The event was graced by Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba.
During the event, 2,500 graduands were awarded with their certificates in their respective departments.

CS Ogamba noted that the Government, is determined to mount a TVET education and training that embraces a forward-thinking approach that will prepare trainees for the challenges of the workforce by ensuring they have both the theoretical and practical skills needed.
The CS also encouraged the graduands that as they step into the next phase of their journey, they should continue being leaders in their fields, to remain resilient in the face of challenges, and to always strive for excellence in everything they do to build a better society.
“The knowledge and expertise you have gained during your time at the institution will serve as invaluable assets as you seek to make your mark in the world,” he stated.
