Samburu County Assembly is mourning the death of MCA Paul Leshimpiro.
The Angata Nanyekie MCA was shot dead by suspected bandits at Soit Pus on Maralal-Baragoi road, Samburu County on Sunday February 25,2024 by suspected bandits.
The incident occurred at Soit Pus on the Maralal-Baragoi highway.
Samburu County Police Boss Thomas Ototo confirmed the incident.
The incident has seen angered residents demand explanations regarding the death of MCA Paul Leshimpiro.
They want issues of prevalent insecurity in parts of Samburu addressed.
