Retired Judge of the High Court of Kenya Justice Chrispin Beda Nagila, was on Saturday laid to rest at his Namalo village in Rwambwa Sub location, Budalangi Constituency in Busia County.
Speaking during the burial ceremony, Speaker of National Assembly Moses Wetangula eulogized the late Judge as a dedicated servant of the people and was committed to the principle of ensuring justice was not delayed.
The ceremony was also graced by Budalangi MP Raphael Wanjala, former Westlands MP Fred Gumo, representatives from the Criminal Justice System, Bunyala North and West MCAs Alianda Sylvanus Maindi and Carlbenz Michael Okonya Mapale respectively among others.
