It was pomp and colour at Nakuru’s posh Milimani Estate on Saturday December 14, 2024 as Agnes Kiplenge- daughter of the late Lawyer Juma Kiplenge and Jedidah Wairimu said ‘I do’ to the love of her heart Rodgers Obure.
This was in a colourful traditional wedding- one of its kind in Nakuru City.
Guests from within and without Nakuru County attended the traditional wedding to witness as the duo exchanged vows.
Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika, Trans Nzoia Senator Allan Chesang, Nominated MCAs Hassan Haji and George Kanure among others attended the traditional wedding.
Kiplenge’s family is well known in Nakuru having had one of the great lawyers in the country coming from the family.
The late Juma Kiplenge, represented the late President Daniel Arap Moi in major legal battles.
Kiplenge was also the founder of the Nakuru County-based firm, Kiplenge and Kurgat Advocates.
