Newly elected Kivumbini Ward UDA Chairperson Bryons Amenga has stated that the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party will continue advancing the “Usawa ni Sawa – Mbele Pamoja” campaigns across Kivumbini Ward and the wider Nakuru County as the country prepares for the 2027 General Election.
Amenga said the campaigns would form part of the party’s mobilisation efforts ahead of the election, with the aim of supporting President William Ruto’s re-election bid in 2027.
He emphasised that grassroots leaders play a critical role in the success of the campaigns and must be fully involved at every stage of mobilisation and engagement. According to Amenga, grassroots leaders are the foundation of the party because they maintain direct contact with the people, understand community concerns and help communicate the party’s agenda at the local level.
He called for stronger coordination between party leadership and grassroots structures, noting that inclusive participation would be essential in building a united and active UDA network across Nakuru County.
Amenga also pledged to support the re-election campaign of Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika and the senatorial bid of Hon. David Gikaria.
Turning his attention to Nakuru Town East Constituency, Amenga urged residents to support UDA’s Geoffrey Kamau as he seeks the parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election.
The Kivumbini Ward UDA Chairman reiterated the importance of teamwork, unity and collaboration among party officials, grassroots leaders and supporters in advancing the party’s agenda.
He maintained that the “Usawa ni Sawa – Mbele Pamoja” campaigns should be driven by a united team in which grassroots leaders are recognised as key partners in mobilisation, community engagement and strengthening the party’s presence throughout Nakuru County.
His remarks come as political leaders and aspirants prepare for the 2027 General Election, with grassroots engagement and party organisation expected to remain important features of the political landscape.
